With this kitchen design the clients want to use part of their existing conditions and then open up the wall that boxed in their kitchen, and make it more of an open concept, giving more flowing space into the living area. They decided to have their cabinets painted white with conversion varnish, which will help give them a layer of protection and help with the ease of cleaning them. Kitchen included a full tile backsplash with an eye catching layout that shows off their deco glass strip all along the back wall. After the wall was taken down it was replaced with a Lytle Construction custom built two tiered island cabinet, with power and bar stool sitting area on the opposite side. Let’s not also forget about the wonderful lighting that was added: 4 LED recessed lights, two pendant lights over Island, clear glass shade pendant lighting over the sink with a attractive Thomas Edison bulb. This kitchen design added a dramatic open concept to the house making the living room, dining room, and kitchen flow as one bright and inviting living space.
